On Saturday we went into town to see more of the Te Papa
Museum. Afterwards we went to McDonalds
for a taste of home--Big Macs, chicken sandwiches, fries, chicken nuggets and sundaes. The ketchup even
tasted right (most “tomato sauce” tastes a little odd here—we suspect it has a
little clove spice). The lemonade was a little odd, but pretty good--it had little lemon flavor and was very fizzy.
